It was surely a perfect stay for a Christmas visit. Every detail was lovely, really enjoyable. The hotel had a central location close to the beach. The breakfast offered a good choice of food and was delicious and marvellous.

All in all, spent my time lovely here. The location was ideal, close to the beach, it's a plus. Local fast food option Harry Ramsden's was 5 minutes walk away. The bedroom was airy and beautifully maintained. The local staff was amicable. Overall the service was hospitable.

The venue was amazing, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was incredible next to a perfect location short walk to the beach as well as seafront and town and gardens. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Had 2 nights in Filey, spent our time here lovely. The breakfast was delicious and marvellous with variety of food, everybody can choose. The hotel was in a perfect location, to shops or sea front. We had lunch at nearby Royal Parade Cafe, tried their fast food options.

Appreciated my 2 nights stay. The king room was airy and luxurious, with an ironing set, coffee/tea makers, and TV. The breakfast was particularly good and all the personnel were friendly. The property's location was great and incredible, to shops or sea front. Everything exceeded high expectations, I would come there again.
